19th August 2025, London; Oxygen has secured for landlord 30 Gresham Street Limited, a joint venture between Wing Tai Properties Limited (a Hong Kong publicly listed company SEHK stock code: 369) and Manhattan Holdings Limited, a complex lease regear on more than 350,000 sq. ft. NIA of office space at 30 Gresham Street, London.
There were three tenants involved in the transaction – Commerzbank, Investec and Rathbones – which represents one of the largest lease regears in London in 2025.
Oxygen acting as both Asset and Development Manager for the landlord will embark on a significant renovation project of the building in order to provide a high-quality home for existing and future tenants.
