At the start of August 2025, Oxygen took a moment to celebrate One Basinghall Avenue. The topping out ceremony marked the completion of the structural works on the new roof extension.
To celebrate, we headed up to the roof for drinks, nibbles and entertainment. Reflecting back on the journey so far, we discussed the brilliant milestone made. It was a chance to recognise the hard work and collaboration that’s brought us to this point.
