At Oxygen Asset Management, we’re proud to have maintained our carbon neutral status for a third consecutive year.
Since first becoming carbon neutral in 2023, we have continued to measure, manage and offset our operational carbon footprint as part of our wider commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
For our 2025 emissions, we have offset 26 tonnes of CO₂ through a verified afforestation project in Vichada, Colombia. The project supports the restoration of degraded grasslands through tree planting, helping to capture carbon and deliver broader environmental benefits.
As a business operating within the real estate sector, we recognise the important role the built environment has to play in addressing climate-related challenges. While carbon offsetting is only one part of the journey, it remains an important component of our approach as we continue to review ways to reduce our environmental impact.
Maintaining carbon neutral status for three consecutive years reflects our ongoing commitment to accountability, continuous improvement and supporting the transition to a more sustainable future.
