The acquisition of 14 Austin Friars

We are delighted to expand our City portfolio with the acquisition of 14 Austin Friars, a 10,810 sq ft office building located in the heart of the City of London. The property comprises a basement, ground, and four upper floors, with the ground-floor retail unit currently let to Soho Coffee.

This latest acquisition marks a significant addition to our growing portfolio of City assets and forms part of the Small Building Strategy (SBS) where we invests alongside a capital partner into an ongoing strategy of value-add projects that are well-located in prime London locations.

The acquisition follows last year’s successful purchase of 11 Leadenhall Street, as we continues to pursue investments where our expertise in asset management, repositioning, and performance enhancement can unlock long-term value.

“The acquisition of 14 Austin Friars reflects our ongoing confidence in the City of London and our commitment to identifying assets with strong potential,” said Jonathan Barber, Head of Asset Management, “We see great opportunities to enhance this building and further contribute to the vitality of the City’s commercial landscape.”
